Abang Anade Othow is an educator, speaker, and former refugee who created Buckets of Hope from lived experience. She has shared her story with The New York Times, SBS, and Parliament, and has spent over a decade guiding students through storytelling, healing, and emotional growth.
Dr. Ari Lander is a trauma-informed educator, creative facilitator, and researcher with years of experience designing programs that connect story, identity, and wellbeing. Together, Abang and Ari offer a compassionate, credible space for reflection and transformation.
